Information about the processing

Responsible party processes the following personal data: IP address, full name, company name (if applicable), region, address details, telephone number, email address and VAT number (if applicable). The party responsible processes your personal data for the purpose of being able to process orders. The personal data will be stored for a period of 7 years. This processing is based on the following legal grounds: processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement; processing is necessary in order to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Respondent.

Failure to provide personal data means that the Accountant is not complying with the administrative obligation incumbent on the Accountant. The responsible party uses automated decision-making for the purpose of checking the creditworthiness of payments made in arrears. This automated process works as follows and may have the following consequences: If Klarna does not accept your application, your order can only be processed if you make the payment in advance.

The Responsible party uses cookies on its website. What are cookies? A cookie is a piece of data placed on your computer by a website. Each time you visit the website of the Responsible party, it collects basic technical information such as which website led you to this website. Passing on to processors and third parties

Personal data may be processed by companies engaged by the Respondent for the performance of the agreement. The law calls these companies ‘processors’. These include the company hosting the website of the Respondent. In addition, the Responsible party processes personal data with Stripe, Inc., PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Mollie B.V. and/or Klarna Group, in order to process payments. Furthermore, for parcel shipments, address data is forwarded to United Parcel Service Nederland B.V. (UPS) so that shipments can be processed. The processors act under the responsibility of the Accountable.
Your personal data will also be shared with third parties if Responsible is obliged under a statutory obligation to pass your personal data on to the competent authorities.

You have the right to request the Responsible party to inspect (art. 15 AVG) and correct (art. 16 AVG) or erase your personal data (art. 17 AVG). You also have the right to request the Responsible party to restrict the processing of personal data (art. 18 AVG). Under certain circumstances you also have the right to data portability (art. 20 AVG) and the right to object (art. 21 AVG). These rights cannot be exercised in all cases.
