  • Memory (Dual Channel)

    This computer has two memory slots, Dual Channel for NovaCustom-GOODRAM 5600 MHz DDR5 memory. Please choose your preferred memory here.

  • M.2 storage chip 1

    The M.2 SSD storage chip is used to store the operating system and your data. If selected, the operating system will be installed on this storage chip. We use NovaCustom-GOODRAM PCIe 4.0 storage modules.

    *Important note for own SSDs

    You have chosen to install your own M.2 SSD storage drive, which is necessary to use the laptop with permanent storage. That's fine, but please note that:
    • M.2 SATA SSDs are not supported, only NVMe, PCIe3 and PCIe4 SSDs are working.
    • We can officially only guarantee GOODRAM PX600 and PX700 SSDs, since only these are part of the test scope.
    • The warranty is restricted to the components we deliver.

  • Branding & logo

    Would you like to have a nice logo engraved on the top side of the NUC Box? We engrave our own logo by default. However, you can also choose to have no logo or your own logo.

    Disk encryption

    Disk encryption ensures that your data cannot be stolen if it is turned off. The access to the data can only be unlocked with a passphrase. We set up a random passphrase. You will receive instructions how to change the disk encryption passphrase.

Drivers

Preferably, the Windows drivers should always be installed automatically via Windows Updates. All drivers should be available there. Also check for optional updates.

Please note that GNU/Linux operating systems do not require any additional drivers. We recommend that you use the latest version (LTS) of your Linux operating system and install all available updates. Please note that Linux kernel 6.8 or higher is required.
